House Rules
*Upon check-in report any issues or concerns within 24 hours so we can attempt to resolve and document the situation.
*Limit 2 dogs. No cats. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged for each dog.
*No smoking of any kind permitted inside house or on decks. Immediate removal from premises w/o refund will occur. An add’l $250 ozone cleaning fee will be charged to sanitize the house.
*The cabin is in the country. Refunds will not be provided for the occasional insect that enters the home. Minimize how often non-screened doors & windows are left open to limit the opportunity for bugs to enter the premise. Supplies are available in the hall closet to take care of unwanted guests.
