Now that we’ve introduced our vacation rentals, let’s introduce our little family! 👨‍👩‍👦

Hi everyone 👋🏻 my name is Lauren and this is my husband Johnny and our lil’ men Jack & Everett! Johnny grew up in VA, spending a lot of time in the Shenandoah/Luray area. I’ve lived all over the US, from east coast to west coast and back again ever since I went to Virginia Tech (go HOKIES!) We LOVE to travel whether it’s in the US or around the world.

I am a customer experience consultant focused on creating positive experiences for users and Johnny is a licensed home inspector and master HVAC mechanic who has spent most of his life working on homes. 🏡

In our free time we love finding diamonds in the rough and renovating homes, visiting wineries (we got married at Rappahannock Cellars 🍷), hiking, exploring local towns, good eats, and all things VA has to offer.

Buying some properties in the Shenandoah Valley was the perfect mix of all the things we love, where we want to raise our family, and we can’t wait to share our homes with you!

BOOKING
If you are interested in booking make an inquiry through this website for specific dates. Please note, if you make an inquiry, your booking will not be confirmed immediately, as we have to approve your request. Your dates will be held for 48 hours when an inquiry is sent. To complete the booking request, you must sign and return the Rental Agreement with a copy of your Government ID matching the name on the Agreement, as well as complete payment, security deposit, and any other required fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A potentially refundable security deposit is required at time of booking. The security deposit is required for ALL stays. This deposit is fully refundable if house rules are honored by all guests and property damage is not incurred. Booking implies agreement to pay the deposit and honor house rules outlined in the Rental Agreement. Security Deposit refunds will be processed within 5 days after check-out in the same manner originally received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Written (email) notice is required if you need to cancel your reservation with advance notice, which is 15 days prior to the check in date for weekend or weekly rentals and 30 days advance notice prior to the check in date for multi-week rentals. If you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, we will refund the initial payment minus any bank fees. Cancellation requests made with less than the required advance notice will not be refunded. We reserve the right to rent the unit to a different group if the reservation is not paid in full, including the security deposit, by the payment due date. Cancellations occurring due to lack of total payment will result in forfeiture of the initial payment plus any rent, taxes, and fees paid. In no event shall a Guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole, or in part.
